SLD Transport is a Georgia-based flatbed delivery operator, serving customers throughout the U.S. We have been in operation since 1996, and during that time have developed a reputation for our consistent quality of service and responsiveness. We serve a diverse customer base in manufacturing, construction materials, machinery, military equipment, and other commodities.

Commitment to Service
SLD Transport provides nationwide flatbed service. In addition to our standard flatbeds, our fleet includes 24 foot and 45 foot flatbed trailers with trailer-mounted forklifts. With our varying size trailers we can offer delivery in sites with tight access or precise material placement requirements. We have also developed innovative programs for flexible pricing, less-than-truckload quantity delivery, dedicated capacity at lower cost, and other approaches designed to provide our customers with affordable access to capacity and flexibility at competitive rates.

Through our in-house freight brokerage, Hurricane Logistics, we are able to offer full truck brokerage to ensure we can service the nationwide needs of our customers, for flatbed services as well as LTL, van, refrigerated, specialized equipment, and other truck requirements.

This combination of capabilities - extensive flatbed capacity, specialized flatbed delivery, and freight brokerage - gives us the ability to flexibly service a complete range of customers, from periodic, smaller-volume shippers to the very largest.

We carry all required insurance and bonds, and have multi-state resources and operating authority.
